Outfitted with brand-new machinery and two production lines, our factory is highly efficient and equipped to stand the test of time. We have been issued an ISO 9001 certificate, attesting to the high standards of our manufacturing processes.
In-House R&D Department
One of the things we’re most proud of is our in-house R&D department. Having it has allowed us to experiment with a huge variety of lotions, ensuring we formulate only unique and high-quality solutions for each of our clients. We’re always looking for the next best thing and actively seek out innovation with every new product we start working on.

Our factory was built with sustainability at the heart of everything. We’re proud to be staying eco-friendly, while still providing the highest quality production on a large scale. We follow global practices for sustainable manufacturing, including wastewater filtration and solar energy. The products we create can also be made with entirely natural ingredient. Several of our products have an ECOCERT Cosmos Natural certificate, and use fabrics made of 100% biodegradable viscose.
Our History
We bought our first production machine to begin making baby wet wipes.
We started building our own 1 500 m² factory to maximize efficiency and ensure full control over every aspect of the production.
We expanded our capabilities with a second machine in order to guarantee our flexibility and reliability to even more clients.
IDEAGROUP became part of BAC (Bulgarian Association of Cosmetologists), who are a member of IFSCC (International Federation of Societies of Cosmetic Chemists). This was done in recognition of our commitment to producing high quality cosmetic products.
